If you are Uninsured

If you are currently uninsured, click the HealthCare.gov logo above and go to the Marketplace and find out how you can sign up for affordable healthcare today! It's as easy as point and click!

If you have Medicare

Medicare is not part of the Health Insurance Marketplace, so you do not need to sign up at Healthcare.gov. If you have Medicare, you are considered covered.

Retirees

If you are retired and do not have coverage, you may use the Marketplace to buy health insurance. If you do not have coverage you may have to pay a penalty.

If you will turn 65 in the middle of next year, yes you can get Marketplace coverage to carry you over until you are eligible for Medicare. You can get a Marketplace plan to cover you before your Medicare begins. You can then cancel the Marketplace plan once your Medicare coverage starts.
